Take a video while unpacking the product clearly showing the damage.

Inform us about the damaged product within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to support@carkraft.in or using the contact form on our website. Please include the following information in your communication:
- Order number
- Product name and description
- Explanation of the damage
- Video proof of unpacking (attach or provide a link to the video)
2. Approval Process
2.1 Review:
Our team will review the video and details provided to assess the damage.
2.2 Approval:
If the damage is confirmed, we will approve the return and provide further instructions.
3. Return and Refund/Replacement Process
3.1 Courier Partner:
We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the damaged product from your location.
3.2 Return Condition:
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and labels.
3.3 Refund/Replacement:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 days. Alternatively, if you prefer a replacement, we will dispatch a new product to you.
